Emerging Artists Theatre’s Spark Theatre Festival NYC will run from March 3 – 23, 2025, in New York City. Nearly 60 performances will be presented across three weeks, including plays, musicals, solo shows, dance, and more.

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: **** the Minutiae

An interloper, (mouse) visits an upper middle-aged comic’s less than desirable NYC apartment. What starts with the unraveling of her minutiae, leads to the radical acceptance of her denial and then her grief, and eventually to what lies beneath it all.

Courtney Spanbock and Lyan Kim are a Gen Z interracial, LGBTQ married couple. Courtney is an ESL instructor and Lyan is a rising entrepreneur. They are suddenly experiencing marital strife and decide to see a marriage counselor. Are they ready to do so? Were they ready to wed?
