The Race:
Kick off your Thanksgiving with a morning of fun while helping Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity Build a Home!
Join the festivities at the 20th Anniversary Cape Fear Habitat Turkey Trot! Come dressed in your finest Turkey costume (for you and your pets) supporting a great cause while running or walking 1 Mile or 5K through a beautiful beach town.
All proceeds help build Homes, Communities and Hope through Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity.

Schedule:

6:45 a.m: Packet Pickup and Registration Opens
7:30 a.m - 8:30 a.m: Costume Contest Judging
Must visit Costume Contest Tent to be eligible for award
7:50 a.m: 1 Mile Registration Closes
8:00 a.m: 1 Mile Starts
8:15 a.m: 5K Registration Closes
8:30 a.m: 5K Starts
9:15 a.m: Costume Contest Awards
9:30 a.m: 5K Age Group Awards

The Course
The course is flat and perfect for families and runners looking for a personal best. It is also stroller friendly.
However, dogs are not allowed on this course so please leave them at home or with a non-running spectator.
