***Yes, we're still running****Arutisuse (pronounced Ah-rut-tee-SUS-see) means arise in the traditional Foundational Black American TUT language. This year Arutisuse Run highlights excellence in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, (STEM), along with freedom fighters. Arrive by 7:30am to get your groove on and participate in our line dance warm up. All registered participants will have access to our Wall of STEM Excellence and virtual Arutisuse Run STEM Excellence Museum. Dr. Anthony E. Dixon, Ph.D., author and historian will lead discussion about the contribution of our posthumous honoree George Washington Carver and Benjamin Banneker. All registered participants will receive a t-shirt, bib, finisher medal and photo at this timed event.
